I am a curious and passionate individual with a deep appreciation for art, music, sustainability, and fostering strong community connections.

Guided by the philosophy that hard work and enjoyment go hand in hand, I live by Charlie Chaplin's words: 'A day without laughter is a day wasted.' This quote inspires my outlook and daily actions.

I like to take a collaborative approach when designing because it’s essential for me to build a design around a user’s preferences.

What drew me to interaction design?

What drew me to interaction design?

The answer is simple, I want to understand what people like so I can fit as many user needs as possible!

During my time at Santa Barbara City College, I designed animations and games that were often interactive. I continued working in interaction design in 2019 when I transferred to California College of the Arts in San Francisco.

As someone who actively seeks out immersive experiences—whether at museums, escape rooms, music festivals, or even restaurants—I’m fascinated by how design influences engagement. These experiences inspire me to craft interactions that feel seamless and meaningful.

I often find myself frustrated by inefficiencies in technology, which fuels my desire to create more intuitive, user-friendly solutions. There’s still so much room for improvement, and I’m excited to be part of that evolution.

How do I approach challenges?

I like to pick people's brains, ask questions, and take things apart to get to the core of the problem. From the big picture to the little details, like taking apart a mechanical clock!
